Stock Statuses
The seven states the platform defines. Enable the ones your yard uses, name them in your own words, and set the order they appear in on Stock.

These are internal lifecycle states — they track storage and availability, not transacting. The definitions are platform-owned: you choose which apply and what to call them, never what they mean. A rename reaches every screen; nothing in the system keys on the words, so calling Reserved Allocated changes no behaviour.
Three are not yet reachable. No action in the product can put a piece into Partially Reserved, On Hold or Hidden, so they cannot be switched on — a state nothing can enter would be a filter that never matches. They arrive with the stock action set, already named the way you leave them here.
