Default slab property schema — applied to every product built on the Natural Slab template

An attribute is one value the product asserts about every piece. An axis is a set the product offers, and a piece selects one of them. That is the whole difference, and it decides everything else: an axis claims no attribute column in the catalog grid and never joins the identity sub-line, but it does produce a facet, and it is what receiving asks a slab to name. Axes are seeded per Product Type on Slabs and Bundles only — a tenant selects values, never authors an axis.

Property schema is defined per product template. Products inherit these defaults; per-slab values are captured at stock receiving.
